Shipping policy
At Nexocto, our goal is to make receiving your device as smooth, fast, and transparent as buying it. Below are the details of how we ship, handle, and support your order.
1. Stock & Order Processing
All products listed as “In Stock” are ready to ship from our Canadian facility.
If an item becomes unavailable due to a stock discrepancy, we will immediately contact you to choose between:

Waiting for restock, or

Receiving a full refund.
Orders placed before 5 PM EST are usually shipped the same business day.
Orders placed after that time ship the next business day.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Destination

Weight

Dimensions of the package
The shipping fee displayed at checkout is the final delivery cost.
3. Delivery Times (Canada)
Typical delivery windows:

Quebec & Ontario: 1–4 business days

Western Canada: 3–7 business days

Atlantic Provinces: 3–7 business days
Remote or rural areas may require additional time.
At this time, Nexocto ships within Canada only.
4. Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to follow your delivery in real time.
5. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged:

If possible, refuse the package with the carrier

Otherwise, contact us within 48 hours with photos
We will take care of the issue immediately and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
6. Duties & Taxes
All orders shipped within Canada are subject to applicable provincial sales taxes at checkout.
There are no customs duties for Canadian customers.
7. Change of Delivery Address
We can modify your shipping address only if the order hasn’t shipped yet.
Contact us as soon as possible at info@nexocto.com.
Once the order is in transit, address changes are no longer possible.
8. Lost or Delayed Packages
If a package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please reach out — we will investigate with the courier.
If a package is confirmed lost, we will issue a full refund or replacement.
9. Cancellations
You may request a cancellation before your order ships.
