At Nexocto, we want every customer to feel confident when buying pre-owned tech. If something isn’t right, our return process is simple, fair, and transparent.
1. 14-Day Return Window
You have 14 days after receiving your device to request a return.
To be eligible, the item must be:

In the same cosmetic condition as received
-
With all original accessories included (if applicable)

Unmodified, not opened, and not jailbroken

Packaged safely (ideally in its original box)
Devices showing new signs of use, damage, drops, bends, or unauthorized repairs cannot be accepted.
2. How to Start a Return
Email us at info@nexocto.com with:

Your order number

The reason for your return

Photos of the device (front/back/sides)
If your return is approved, we will provide:

A return shipping label

Clear instructions on how and where to send your package
Important: Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours.
We will evaluate the issue and replace or refund the product at no cost to you.
4. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Devices that have been newly damaged after delivery

Devices that have been opened, modified, or repaired

Final sale items

Gift cards

5. Exchanges
If you want a different model or condition:

Request a return for your original item

Once approved, place a new order for the device you want
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that banks and card issuers may require additional processing time.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at info@nexocto.com.
7. Return Shipping Costs

If the issue is our fault (defect, damage, wrong item): we cover all costs

If it’s a change of mind: the customer covers return shipping
8. Warranty Claims (If applicable)
If your device is covered by a Nexocto warranty, contact us at any time.
Approved claims receive a replacement device or an equivalent unit depending on availability.
